poor soundproofing

The staff at reception were not very courteous, often appearing stiff and unapproachable. Additionally, my room suffered from poor soundproofing, which made it difficult to relax with noise from neighboring rooms. To top it off, I encountered small cockroaches in my space, indicating a serious need for pest control in the establishment.

The Superior Twin Room was pretty cozy. The bed was comfy, making it easy to crash after a long day. It was clean, and I loved that it was in a calm area. The staff were attentive too, which was a bonus. But yeah, the wifi was so spotty, it got annoying sometimes. Just wish they could fix that!
